Dear Parents/Guardians and Students:
Welcome to Lawler Elementary School! The faculty and staff join me in saying that we are glad to have you as part of the Lawler family. The pages of the handbook contain basic information about school policy and procedures. If you have any questions and or concerns about anything, please feel free to contact the school office.
During the 2011-12 school year, we look forward to a cooperative and committed home-school partnership. Parent involvement is encouraged and welcomed. There are many opportunities to be involved in our school including serving on PTO committees and events; volunteering in the classroom/school setting, attending school sponsored events and supporting your child’s learning daily.
This year we are going to integrate “The Leader & Me” which is based on the “7 Habits” philosophy from Stephen Covery. We will be sending home “7 Habits’ information throughout the year.
Please look for our monthly newsletter and check out website to keep you updated with what is happening at our school.
